How much notice do you need from me to book?

We announce the current weeks menu offering on Tuesday by newsletter and social media on Wednesday.  By Thursday we settle on how many portions to prepare and we start preparing.  We can sell out by late Thursday or Friday.  So the earlier you can get it in, the better.  But you’re always welcome to reach out, even on the weekend.   

Do you do custom menus?

Currently because of Covid 19 we are only doing a limited catering menu with weekly specials from  several of our restaurants, but as things return to normal, we’ll be releasing a more extensive catering menu for delivery and will be able to do custom menus.  We love food!

What’s your delivery area?

The Halifax Peninsula, but arrangements can be made to go outside the core by contacting us.  There may be some additional costs depending upon the distance, number of people and menu chosen.  Contact us for details. 

What additional services can you provide?

We can offer full service catering, event management, the whole works. Fresh on the Fly is a drop off division of the RCR Hospitality Group, a full service Catering and Restaurant Group.  Presently we are offering a limited offering because of Covid 19 precautions, but sign up for our newsletter to see what we have in store!

Can you cater to dietary needs and special requests?

Of course!

What is the preferred payment method?

Credit Card is the preferred method currently, and eventually through our ordering portal, but arrangements can be made for corporate billing by contacting us.

What is the cancellation policy?

We’d like to know the day before if possible.
