Fresh on the Fly has returned for the 2024 holiday season with some classic Christmas menus and two wonderful New Years Eve Menu options. We’ve also changed our business model – so here’s what you need to know!

- Orders are now taken via an online order form for you to fill out. You can access it HERE
- Apologies but some items cannot be modified to allergens such as gluten, dairy etc. We are unable to offer substitutions or alternatives at this time.

Holiday Option #1 – Sliced Turkey Meal
- Roasted pear and poached Fig Salad with citrus pumpkin seed oil vinaigrette
- Cinnamon Pumpkin soup
- Roasted & sliced Turkey (both white and dark meat) with cranberry turkey sausage & Savory dressing, homestyle turkey Gravy, Cranberry relish
- Buttermilk golden Mashed Potato
- Roasted Cauliflower and Brussel sprouts
- Eggnog Custard Tart with Spiced Whipped Cream and rum caramel
Holiday Option #2 – Glazed Ham Meal

- Brown sugar cherry Bourbon glazed Bone in Ham with Apricot demi
- Buttermilk golden Mashed Potato

The Festive Family meal will be available December 19-24. Pickup available from 12-10pm Pick up only from the newly renovated The Arms At The Lord Nelson Hotel – earlier pick ups can be arranged via email. Please note that pick up on Tuesday December 24 will only be available from 9am-12pm. Each meal comes with included reheating instructions.

NYE Option #1 – Beef Wellington Meal
- Lobster bisque
- Sourdough loaf (GF not available)
- Maple butter
- Beef Wellington fully prepared to roast in oven (GF not available) with red wine reduction
- Maple baked heirloom carrots
- Olive oil herb roasted baby potatoes
- Chestnut chocolate yule rolled log
$95 for two people

NYE Option #2 – Salmon Fillet Meal
- Lobster bisque
- Sourdough loaf – (GF not available)
- Maple butter
- Salmon fillet en-croute with dill caper cream sauce – can be done GF
- Maple baked heirloom carrots
- Olive oil herb roasted baby potatoes
- Chestnut chocolate yule rolled log

The NYE Celebration meal will be available December 28-31. Pickup available from 12-10pm at The Arms inside Lord Nelson Hotel – earlier pick ups can be arranged via email. Please note that pick up on Tuesday December 31 will only be available from 9am-5pm. Each meal comes with included reheating instructions.
