Between July 13 to July 18th, 2021 Fresh on the Fly offered a Duck Confit Take Home Meal. It’s a three course meal suitable for four people available every Wednesday – Sunday. This meal is suitable for four people and was only $95! Great for family style dinners or spread out over a couple days! This Take Home Meal offered delicious dishes and flavours perfectly portioned and ready to reheat. This meal is available for pickup from The Arms Public House or delivery from Fresh on the Fly! Bruschetta – Roma tomatoes, fresh herbs, garlic, parmesan cheese, EVO, house made crostini

Duck confit – cured duck legs slow braised overnight served with sour cherry compote

Maple Glazed baby carrots

Duchess Potatoes

Rhubarb and apple crumble, topped with oats and brown sugar with crème Chantilly

$95 for four people

This Duck Confit take home meal dinner is suitable for four people at $99. Available for pickup from The Arms Public House or delivery from Fresh on the Fly, available from July 14th to 18th, 2021. There is $5 peninsula delivery only on Friday July 16th between 2-5pm. Max 10km delivery radius. Free delivery with a purchase of a bottle of wine or if more than one meal is purchased.
