It’s a three course meal suitable for four people available every Wednesday – Sunday. This meal is suitable for four people and was only $89! This Weeks Take Home Family Style Dinner Contains…

Tri-coloured quinoa salad with peppers, tomatoes, onion, fresh herbs, chickpeas and a citrus red wine vinaigrette

Char grilled flank steak – overnight lime and soy marinated served with chimichurri

Sautéed wild mushrooms with shallots, white wine and garlic butter

Caramelized onion – cast iron pan roasted with herbs and black garlic molasses

Baked potatoes with sour cream and chives

Warm Belgian chocolate cake – dark chocolate cake filled with melted peanut butter

$89 for four people

This Char Grilled Flank Steak take home meal is suitable for four people for $89. This take home meal will be available for pickup from The Arms Public House or delivery from Fresh on the Fly, available from May 19th-23rd, 2021. There is $5 peninsula delivery only on Friday May 21st between 2-5pm. Max 10km delivery radius. Free delivery with a purchase of a bottle of wine or if more than one meal is purchased.  Pickup available at The Arms at 1515 South Park Street inside the Lord Nelson Hotel – earlier pick ups can be arranged via email at [email protected]

Char Grilled Flank Steak Reheating Instructions

Please be aware that oven temperatures and cooking times will vary by appliance. Preheat Oven to 375° for all dishes.

Mushrooms (covered) – 20 minutes

Onions (covered) – 20 minutes

Potatoes (uncovered) – 30 minutes

Steak (uncovered) – roast in oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes.  A meat thermometer should read 120 degrees when placed in the center. After cooking time remove the flank steak and let rest for 5 to 8 minutes.  Steak should be carved against the grain.

Dessert (covered) – 25 minutes, serve hot to ensure peanut butter is melted
