This meal is suitable for four people and is only $65! Our Taste of the Maritimes Take Home Family Meal gives you a delicious taste of home. This meal was available for pickup from The Arms Public House or delivery from Fresh on the Fly!
This weeks Taste of the Maritimes Take Home Family Style Meal contains…
- Traditional style deconstructed lobster roll stuffed with Nova Scotian lobster, celery, onion and mayo placed inside fresh buttered buns
- In-house made lightly salted kettle chips
- Local mixed green salad with maple glazed butternut squash, toasted pumpkin seeds, rancher acre goat cheese with lemon basil dressing
- Traditional Maritime hodgepodge made in a classic cream bisque with fresh garden vegetables (baby potatoes, carrots, and green beans)
- Seasoned roasted pork tenderloin with house-made Nova Scotian blueberry sauce
- P.E.I. roasted baby potatoes seasoned in paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Pommes d’Or cream, valley Nova Scotian apple tart
This Family Style Meal gives you a taste of home because everything is fresh and local Maritime ingredients! This meal is only $65 and is suitable for 4 people. There is $5 peninsula delivery only on Friday August 28th between 2-5pm. Max 10km delivery radius. Free delivery with purchase of a bottle of wine or if more than one meal is purchased.

POMME D’OR APPLE CREAM LIQUOR
Our Chef’s created the perfect cream to pour overtop of the delicious apple tart! Using the local vineyard, Grand Pré, Pomme d’Or apple cream liquor. This liquor is poured over ice, Ice Cream, in Coffee, Chai Tea in hot or iced versions. The unique blend of heritage apples from Annapolis Valley orchards offer rich and inviting flavours into Pomme d’Or cream liquor with sweet aromas of caramel and apple.
